Zendesk x Wonderment - How it works
When you connect your helpdesk to Wonderment, you enable a few great features.
Shipment Dashboard Integration: See which shipments have Zendesk tickets directly in the Wonderment Shipment dashboard.
Support Sidebar App: Add our app to the Zendesk Support sidebar. This will provide your agents with up-to-date shipment information for customers who are opening "Where is my order (WISMO)" tickets.
