It’s one thing for you to know that there are packages out in the world that aren’t getting delivered on time. That can lead you to an order tracking platform like Wonderment. We’re making it faster and simpler for you to manage these problems by identifying more of these problems for you. Today, we’re making it a little easier for you to get ahead of any shipping issues.
We wanted to make sure that any shipping concerns were always immediately highlighted and never missed. Now when you open Wonderment, you’ll now be greeted by our Home screen, which surfaces categories of shipments that you should check on. These were inspired from our customers, by learning more about which packages they wanted to keep a close eye on and which views were most helpful and commonly used.
Every morning, your Wonderment Home screen will update with a fresh summary.
Have other searches or data you'd like to see included on here? Let us know. We're going to expand this in the coming weeks to include more help - from a time-in-transit summary to benchmarking data that contrasts carrier results for our other businesses.
You can also sign up to get a weekly update for these metrics. In the Settings area, you can sign up, and add an address to CC as well if you want to share this with teammates or an internal mailing list. This email will go out on Monday mornings to update you on new data from the last week. Coming soon, we'll make this available as a webhook so that you can easily bring it into Slack, or a task management app like Trello or Asana to create tasks for follow-up based on the issues found.
